Are you actually printing in Australia, or a reseller? +
Yes, every print runs through our Melbourne facility on a commercial UV printer. We are not a broker. Come visit. You can watch your job print.
What does quality look like at 1 unit versus 5,000? +
Identical. The printer runs the same pass whether you order one or a pallet. That is the whole point of no-MOQ. Order the $15 sample, compare it to what you get at bulk. Same print, same stock.
If there is no MOQ, what is the catch on price? +
No catch, but the price per unit drops as the quantity goes up. Small runs carry the setup cost. Larger runs spread that cost across more units. You can see the full tier pricing on each product page.
Can you handle artwork that is not print-ready? +
Yes. Send what you have. We accept AI, PDF, high-res PNG. Our studio cleans it up, sends a free digital proof, nothing prints until you approve it. If something is unusable, we tell you before you pay.
How does reordering work when I come back? +
Repeat customers get a custom dashboard. Your approved artwork, stock and specs are saved. One click and it is back in production. Most cafes reorder weekly.
How fast can I realistically have cans in hand? +
Artwork approved by 2pm, dispatched next business day. Melbourne pickup same day. Interstate express is 1 to 2 days on top. So worst case end-to-end: 5 business days. Usually 3.
Do you ship Australia-wide? +
